About Cree8ive Advisory
Our Story
Cree8ive Advisory was created with a purpose: to strengthen the capacity of Indigenous Nations, non-profits, and corporate partners in building the future they envision.
Our approach is rooted in Two-Eyed Seeing, blending Indigenous and Western perspectives in a way that is both practical and innovative. We bring expertise in strategy, planning, and research, but what truly defines us is how we work with intention, respect, and collaboration at every step.
Our mission is straightforward: to help organizations bridge gaps and establish pathways toward lasting impact.
Meet Jordan
Jordan Wapass, a proud citizen of Thunderchild First Nation in Treaty 6 territory, founded Cree8ive Advisory with a clear purpose: to support Indigenous Nations and organizations in building strong, resilient futures.
With a background in public policy, business administration, and financial management, Jordan brings both strategic insight and practical experience to his work. Throughout his career, he has advised on multi-million dollar initiatives and held leadership roles with First Nations governments in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Quebec.
Jordan's passion for innovation is reflected in his role as an Innovator in Residence at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology, as well as his contributions to Canada's Smart Cities Challenge. Across every project, his focus is on delivering strategic guidance, effective communication, and human-centered design that help organizations move from vision to action.
At the heart of his work is a simple yet profound belief: by addressing capacity gaps and creating space for new ideas, organizations can thrive and drive meaningful, lasting change.
