Jordan is the Principal Consultant for Cree8ive Advisory. Cree8ive is a 100% Indigenous-owned consulting firm specializing in strategy (strategic planning), capacity building, and human-centered design. We work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations in Canada's private and public sectors.
Jordan is Cree and a member of Thunderchild First Nation in Saskatchewan. He has completed a Master's Degree from Simon Fraser University (SFU) , and in 2015, he was named one of the University's Top 50 most inspiring graduate students of the last 50 years.
He is a knowledgeable Indigenous executive with over thirteen years of experience in the non-profit sector, including work with the Province of BC and an Ottawa-based think tank, the Conference Board of Canada. Jordan has led, in senior roles, as Director of Operations and Executive Director, First Nations governments located in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Quebec.
He has recently earned his Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) designation through AFOA Canada. And in June of 2023, he completed his Executive MBA through SFU.
He finds the most joy in this world, creating moments with his son, Cash.
Jordan has managed and contributed to successful multi-million dollar economic development projects in Saskatchewan. He has played a key role in advancing innovation and pursuing "outside the box" thinking in his leadership roles. Most recently, he led a team as a $250,000 Top 5 National Finalist in Canada's Smart Cities Challenge. He contributes as an expert review panelist for the Federal Government. He recently completed a role as Chair of AFOA Canada's Communication and Marketing Advisory Committee by providing guidance and advice for the "We're Ready" campaign.
Jordan has shifted his focus to working with Indigenous communities and organizations in the areas of innovation, self-determination, governance, capacity building, and human-centered design.
